Here are a few we’re asked a lot …

When should I book my session?

If you want the photographs back in time for their birthday, aim to book a date 3 – 4 weeks before. 

Many parents also choose to book on baby’s actual birthday, to make the day even more special and fun.

DO WE NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

Something almost everyone forgets is a bath towel (but we have some fresh ones available at the studio anyway.). Only once has someone left their cake at home!  Not to worry, before your session date we’ll provide a useful checklist to remind you what you might want to bring along on the day. 

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?

Usually around 30 minutes for just the Cake Smash part, or up to 2 hours for the Smile, Smash & Splash Sessions.  It depends on your Baby – they’re the VIP!

what if my child has allergies?

Unfortunately we are unable to supply a cake in these circumstances, so please make sure to inform us clearly on your Booking Form if this is the case.  You can still book but you will need to bring your own cake along with you on the day.

CAN PARENTS AND OLDER SIBLINGS BE INCLUDED IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS?

YES – if you choose the Smile, Smash & Splash Sessions, this option is already included in the clean part at the start of the session – we call this the “Smile” session.
